Abstract
On the basis of these data, the maternal no-observable-adverse-effect-level (NOAEL) of PFBS is 300 mg/kg/day (the 100 mg.kg.day dosage caused reductions in body weight gain and rediced absolute and relative feed consumption values). The developmental NOAEL is also 300 mg/kg/day (the 100 mg/kg/day dosage caused reductions in fetal body weights).
